Trealy Farm

Our dried and cured meats are supplied by James Swift and Graham Waddington of Trealy Farm in Wales. Committed to quality, sustainability and the welfare of their animals, Trealy Farm has won numerous awards for the flavour and consistency of their products.

Trealy Farms has one of the largest and most creative selections of cured meats in the UK. Like Boyds, Trealy are proud of using international techniques combined with only the best British produce.

James Knight

Our independent seafood provider, James Knight of Mayfair supplies the freshest coastal fish to Boyds, without the excessive handling and artificial treatments that characterise many other merchants’ approach to fish.

A valued partner, James Knight shares our belief that honest, local food of the highest quality is essential to the creation of great dishes.

Simon Weaver

One of our sources for fine British cheeses, Simon Weaver is based in the English Cotswolds and follows the traditional style of organic farming. His Fresian herd enjoy a forage-based diet and their milk travels just five metres to the creamery each and every morning.

As a multi-award winning dairy, Simon Weaver is as passionate as Boyds about using the highest quality British products.

A 3ème Cru in the Margaux Appellation, Boyd Cantenac has belonged to the same family for four generations. Owned by Lucien Guillemet, one of the world’s best wine makers, Boyd-Cantenac produces wines that are highly representative of the traditional Margaux style; subtle, complex and deep with a long finish, and shares a rich history with Charles Boyd’s family.


Purveyors of the finest English sparkling wine, Nyetimber have 900 years of history and some of the most accomplished winemakers in the world behind them. Situated on 152 hectares of land in West Sussex and Hampshire, Nyetimber’s vineyards grow the Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grape varieties amid ideal conditions for the production of sparkling wine.
